    QNRT™ Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy

A gentle, powerful approach to healing when nothing else has worked

If you've been struggling with chronic symptoms — pain, anxiety, fatigue, depression, autoimmune conditions, or a general sense that something is just "off" — and you've tried other treatments without lasting results, QNRT may be the missing piece.

Dr. Tony Fry is one of a limited number of QNRT practitioners in the region, and it is one of the most powerful tools in his practice. He has seen it change lives — including those of his own family members and himself.

    What is QNRT?

Your mind and body are incredibly complex systems — not unlike the phone in your pocket.

The longer you have your phone, the slower it gets. External factors fill up the memory, introduce glitches, and degrade performance over time. When you take it to a repair shop, the first thing they do is perform a reset — clearing out what's slowing it down and restoring it to how it functioned before. Suddenly, it works great again.

QNRT does essentially the same thing for your brain and nervous system.

When your nervous system experiences stress, trauma, or significant emotional events that aren't fully resolved, it stores those experiences — and they create lasting changes in how your brain regulates your body. Over time, these unresolved patterns can lead to physical symptoms, emotional struggles, and a body that simply can't seem to get — or stay — better.

QNRT uses gentle, non-invasive techniques including muscle testing and neurological assessment to identify where those patterns are held and help the nervous system finally let them go. The result is a brain and body that can communicate clearly, regulate properly, and heal the way they were designed to.

    Dr. Fry's Personal Story

Dr. Fry didn't come to QNRT just through study. He came to it through experience.

His wife developed a mystery illness that left other doctors without answers. No diagnosis, no relief, no direction. It was QNRT that finally helped her when nothing else could. Watching that transformation firsthand changed how Dr. Fry thought about healing — and deepened his commitment to offering this care to his own patients.

Dr. Fry also lives with Reiter's syndrome, an autoimmune condition, and has personally sought out QNRT specialists to help manage his own health. He doesn't just recommend this therapy — he has lived it.

    Who QNRT Helps

QNRT is particularly effective for patients whose symptoms began — or worsened — after a significant life event, stress, or trauma. It is one of the few approaches that directly addresses how that unresolved stress is affecting the nervous system.

    Anxiety and nervousness
    Depression and mood imbalances
Chronic pain that doesn't fully resolve
    Fibromyalgia
    Autoimmune conditions
    Fatigue and low energy
    Sleeplessness and disrupted sleep
    Gastrointestinal problems
    Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
Feeling "off" without a clear diagnosis
Conditions that have not responded to other treatments

Many of our QNRT patients have already seen multiple providers without lasting improvement. If that sounds familiar, QNRT may be exactly what has been missing from your care.

    What to Expect

QNRT is completely gentle and non-invasive. Most patients find the experience surprisingly calming.

During your visit, Dr. Fry will use muscle testing and neurological assessment to identify areas where unresolved stress is affecting your nervous system. From there, he will use specific techniques to help your nervous system reset and release those patterns.

Many patients notice changes after their first session. For others, the shift happens more gradually as the nervous system continues to recalibrate. Every patient's journey is different — and Dr. Fry will be honest with you about what to expect based on your specific history and health picture.
