We offer two new patient appointments. Not sure which is right for you? Choose Comprehensive — you can tell us more about your concerns and interests in your intake.
New Patient — Chiropractic Only
For new patients specifically seeking traditional chiropractic care for a musculoskeletal concern such as back pain, neck pain, or headaches.

For patients interested in QNRT, dealing with chronic or recurring health concerns, interested in a specialty approach, managing multiple concerns, or not sure where to start. You don't need to know which service is right for you before scheduling — you can share more in your intake.

Insurance & payment: Traditional chiropractic may be billable to insurance depending on your coverage, and our office can verify your benefits. QNRT, Brain Balancing Chiropractic, Functional Medicine, Nutritional Kinesiology, and Spinal Decompression are cash services and are not billed to insurance.

After booking, you'll receive an email to set up your patient portal. Your intake forms are completed online — no paperwork in the waiting room. Please submit them at least 24 hours before your appointment so Dr. Fry can review your history in advance.

Plan to arrive about 5 minutes early. You'll get a reminder text 24 hours before and again 1 hour before your appointment. Need to reschedule? Call or text (618) 252-5252 or reschedule through your patient portal.
